ALIK is the only Canadian luxury smart
toilet brand. We focus on sustainable manufacturing, timeless design, Canadian customer
service, and products built for our climate and water standards. We also offer better warranty
coverage than most imported brands.
Yes! You can purchase directly from alikliving.ca with
delivery across Canada.
Currently, ALIK products are available only in Canada.
We're exploring expansion to the US market. Join our mailing list for updates.
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days
for a full refund minus shipping. Installed products cannot be returned but are covered by our
comprehensive warranty. Showroom consultations help ensure you choose correctly the first
time.
Technical Support
ALIK toilets require a standard 110V, 15-amp
GFCI-protected outlet within 4 feet of the toilet. Most bathroom outlets meet this requirement.
Professional installation includes electrical assessment.
ALIK functions optimally with water pressure
between 20-80 PSI (pounds per square inch). Most residential water systems fall within this
range. Very high or low pressure may require a pressure regulator.
The toilet will flush manually during power
outages (gravity-assisted flush). Electronic features (bidet, heating, auto-flush) require power.
Select models include battery backup for basic functions.
Yes, all ALIK models are septic-safe. Our efficient
flush system and lack of chemical additives actually benefit septic systems.
Yes, ALIK's efficient water
use (3L/4.5L) works excellently with low-flow systems. For greywater integration, consult with
your greywater system installer and ALIK support team for compatibility confirmation.
Ordering & Delivery
In-stock models: 5-10 business days to major Canadian
cities. Custom finishes or special orders: 12-16 weeks. Installation can typically be scheduled
within 1-2 weeks of delivery.
White-glove delivery to your home includes inside
placement (not curbside), unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. Installation is
separate but can be scheduled simultaneously.
Inspect upon delivery. If damaged, refuse the
shipment or note damage on delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We'll arrange
replacement at no cost. Full photo documentation helps expedite the process.

Returns & Exchanges

difference applies. One exchange permitted per purchase.
Warranty
Register online at(product registration)registration within
30 days of installation. You'll need your serial number (located under the seat), proof of
purchase, and installation date.
Product warranty remains valid with DIY
installation. However, installation-related issues (leaks, electrical problems from improper
installation) are not covered. Professional installation includes separate installation warranty.
Warranty is transferable to new owners if the unit is
professionally uninstalled and reinstalled. Warranty remains in effect for the original warranty
period (from original purchase date).
Contact support at support@alikhome.com. Have your
serial number and description of the issue ready. Most issues are resolved remotely. For
necessary repairs, we'll coordinate service.
Depending on the issue:
● Software: Remote firmware update
● Minor parts: We ship replacement parts with video instructions
● Major repairs: Authorized technician visit or unit replacement
● Premium Care customers: Loaner unit during repairs
